In medical science the concept of big data is very important because in the diseases prevention outcome prediction of co-morbidities, mortality and it save the cost of medical treatment it can used. In the evolution of healthcare research and practices the continuously growing field of analytics of big data has play a pivotal role. To analyze, accumulate, assimilate and manage huge volume of structured, disparate and unstructured data that produced by recent system of healthcare, it provide the tools. To inform providers about most effective and efficient treatment pathways and to revamp the health care delivery process the big data of healthcare has the potential. Both insurers and health care providers are incenting by Value-based purchasing programs. To estimate the efficiency and quality of care to find the new ways to leverage health care data defined the insures. During routine health care in data collection current advances in the form of EHR (Electronic Health Records), for clinical application in biological discoveries medical device data have created major opportunities.

This enormous amount of data, referred to as 'big data', has started to play a pivotal role in the evolution of healthcare practices and research. In this paper, we discuss how by rapid digitalization along with other factors, the health industry has been confronted with the need to handle the big data being produced rapidly at an exponential speed. Big data analytics tools play an essential role to analyze and integrate large volumes of data, which otherwise might have become useless or taken more time to give value. The usage and challenges of big data in healthcare is also addressed.

The purpose of this study is to understand the concepts and evolution of big data analytics applied to health services, considering activities that involve the diagnosis, treatment, and management of the patient. The literature review, consulting the databases Scopus and Web of Science and employing the keywords health analytics and big data analytics with no time restrictions, found papers that approach, specifically, the use of big data analytics in the context of healthcare, represented by examples and related analyses. Clarifying its concepts and the evolution of its performance foments the development of new research. The introduction of Big Data Analytics (BDA) in healthcare will allow to use new technologies both in treatment of patients and health management. The paper aims at analyzing the possibilities of using Big Data Analytics in healthcare. The research is based on a critical analysis of the literature, as well as the presentation of selected results of direct research on the use of Big Data Analytics in medical facilities. The direct research was carried out based on research questionnaire and conducted on a sample of 217 medical facilities in Poland. Improving the performance and reducing the cost of healthcare have been a great concern and a huge challenge for healthcare organizations and governments at every level in the US. Measures taken have included laws, regulations, policies, and initiatives that aim to improve quality of care, reduce costs of care, and increase access to care. Central to these measures is the meaningful and effective use of Big Data analytics. To reap the benefits of big data analytics and align expectations with results, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers must have a clear understanding of the unique circ*mstances of healthcare including the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) associated with the use of this emerging technology. Through descriptive SWOT analysis, this article helps healthcare stakeholders gain awareness of both success factors and issues, pitfalls, and barriers in the adoption of big data analytics in healthcare.
